Senior litigation partner role with a leading US law firm’s Delaware office, focused on healthcare, life sciences and digital-health technology disputes. The position will lead complex commercial and regulatory litigation matters for clients across the healthcare and life‑sciences sectors.

Ideal for a partner with an established litigation practice in healthcare or life sciences and experience handling technology-related claims and regulatory interfaces. The role involves case leadership, supervising associates, and developing client relationships across the sector.

Established partner-level litigation background in healthcare and/or life sciences, including matters involving digital health or technology.
Proven trial, arbitration and/or high‑stakes motion experience and experience managing teams on complex matters.
Strong business development skills and a demonstrable, portable practice or client relationships in the healthcare/life‑sciences space.
Admission to practice in Delaware or eligibility for admission; willing to maintain required local bar admissions.
