Established partner with a strong intellectual property practice and experience on corporate transactional or strategic matters.
Proven client development and origination track record; portable relationships welcome.
Experience managing and mentoring associates and collaborating across practice groups.
Membership in good standing with relevant state bar and ability to practise in the jurisdiction.
