Partner — Intellectual Property & Litigation, Tucson

Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Tucson office to expand intellectual property, litigation and corporate capabilities. The role will focus on IP litigation and high-value corporate matters, with opportunities to work across related practices including corporate governance and mass torts.

The firm is targeting an experienced rainmaker with a portable practice who can develop and collaborate with teams across multiple U.S. offices. This is a senior role with flexibility on compensation structure and the potential for equity depending on fit and practice contribution.

• Established partner with significant experience in IP litigation, corporate work, or related commercial litigation.
• Portable book of business or demonstrated ability to generate and grow client relationships.
• Strong trial and/or transactional track record and experience supervising teams.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and willingness to work across regional offices as needed.
