Leading international law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Frankfurt IP & Technology team. The role focuses on advising on intellectual property, privacy & data protection, and cyber‑security matters for clients across Germany and internationally.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop and expand a commercial practice in IP/technology-related work, and partner with cross‑border teams on multi‑jurisdictional matters. This is a partner hire where bringing a portable practice and demonstrable client origination will be a key advantage.

Established partner-level experience in IP and technology-related matters, including privacy and cyber‑security
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred
Experience leading teams and handling cross‑border, transactional and/or regulatory work
Fluency in English and German; admitted to practice in Germany or equivalent EU qualification
