Senior hire to lead and expand an established Intellectual Property & Technology practice in Frankfurt. The role offers a partner-level platform within a well-regarded, full-service firm to advise on IP strategy, technology-related commercial work and cross-practice client matters.

The successful candidate will take a visible market-facing role, leading matters, developing business and mentoring junior lawyers. The team advises German and international clients on IP prosecution, enforcement, licensing, technology transactions and related commercial/regulatory issues.

Established partner-level IP/technology practice with demonstrable leadership experience.
Proven business-development track record and ability to bring or grow a portable client base.
Strong technical-commercial advisory experience (licensing, technology transactions, enforcement, privacy/regulatory interfaces).
German-qualified or eligible to practise in Germany; fluent German and English communication skills.
