A leading international law practice is recruiting a partner-level patent litigator to join its Frankfurt IP team. The role focuses on courtroom and infringement matters in German national courts and before the Unified Patent Court (UPC), filling a gap in the office s patent litigation capability.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on, client-facing partner able to take carriage of complex patent litigation, develop business, and grow a team in Germany. Portable work and an existing originating practice are welcome.

Proven partner-level experience in German patent litigation and UPC procedure
Track record of originating and developing client work (portable practice desirable)
Ability to lead litigation teams and manage high-stakes court proceedings
Fluent German and strong client-facing, business-development skills
