Partner — Intellectual Property & Technology, New York

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an intellectual property and technology practice in the New York office of a leading U.S. law firm. The role will focus on advising clients on IP strategy and technology-related matters across sectors, with particular strength in telecommunications and life sciences.

The partner will handle high‑value counseling and transactional matters, work collaboratively with cross‑practice teams, and develop business in the region. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate and sustain client relationships is important.

• Established partner with a track record in intellectual property and technology matters.
• Experience advising clients in telecommunications and/or life sciences is highly desirable.
• Proven commercial client development skills; portable practice preferred.
• Admission to practice in New York (or willingness to become admitted) and ability to work from the New York office.
