An international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its Investment Funds practice in Luxembourg, with a primary focus on fund formation. This is a senior, client-facing role within a well-established corporate and finance platform.

The practice covers the full fund lifecycle, including fund structuring and formation, private equity, venture capital, investment management, capital markets, and related banking and finance work. The incoming partner will work alongside corporate and finance colleagues on cross-border mandates.

The firm is looking for an entrepreneurial partner who can help drive the strategic development of the funds offering in the Luxembourg market and collaborate across the wider European and global network.

Admitted to practice in Luxembourg (or eligible to requalify).
Significant experience in investment funds and fund formation, ideally within a leading international or Luxembourg firm.
Established client relationships and a strong reputation in the Luxembourg funds market.
Fluency in English; French, German, or Luxembourgish is advantageous.
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
