Leading international law firm seeks a partner to lead and grow its investment funds / fund formation practice from the Luxembourg office. The role focuses on fund structuring, regulatory advice and cross-border fund transactions for managers, private equity and investment-management clients.

The partner will have client-facing origination responsibilities, collaborate with finance and capital markets teams across offices, and support business development and team growth locally.

Portable book of business of $1.5m+ (USD)
Established track record in fund formation and investment funds (domestic and cross-border)
Significant partner- or senior-associate-level experience advising managers, PE and institutional investors
Strong client origination and business development skills; ability to lead and grow a team
