The firm is seeking a partner who can originate and execute high-value deals, manage deal teams, and work closely with capital markets and syndicated lenders. A portable practice or demonstrable business-development track record in leveraged/structured finance is welcome.

Partner-level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions.
Proven track record of originating and executing complex financings and leading deal teams.
Strong client development and relationship-management skills; portability of a practice is an asset.
Admission to the New York bar (or willingness to obtain) and ability to work in the United States.
