Partner — Litigation & Corporate (New York)

Senior litigation partner sought to join a major national firm’s New York team. The role focuses on commercial litigation with significant interplay across corporate and finance matters, including asset finance and related transactional disputes.

The group is opportunistic and growing its transactional-litigation platform; the partner will handle high-value disputes, advise corporate clients on risk and strategy, and work closely with finance teams on cross-cutting matters. A portable practice or proven ability to originate work is welcome.

• Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation, with exposure to corporate and finance-related disputes
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred
• Strong trial and dispute-resolution skills; ability to lead teams on complex matters
• Admission to the New York bar (or eligible) and capacity to work effectively in a busy New York practice
