The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role in a busy practice group, handle complex litigation from strategy through trial or dispositive motion, and work with senior lawyers across corporate and finance matters. Substantial partner-level commercial litigation experience, including trial and motion practice
Proven client-development track record and ability to originate new matters
Experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers; admitted to practice in New York
