National litigation practice seeks a partner to join its Chicago team focusing on commercial litigation, employment and labor matters, professional liability, and healthcare or construction disputes. The role will lead significant matters, develop client relationships and work with a broad bench of litigators across the firm.

Ideal candidates will have an established trial and litigation background and be comfortable handling high-stakes, client-facing work. There is opportunity to build and expand a practice in the Chicago market and collaborate with attorneys in other offices on cross-jurisdictional matters.

Established partner-level litigation experience in commercial, employment, professional liability, healthcare or construction disputes.
Admission to practice in Illinois (or willingness to obtain) and active courtroom/trial experience.
Proven client development ability; portable business welcomed.
Strong written and oral advocacy, team leadership, and experience managing complex matters.
