Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property, Las Vegas

Leading national practice seeks a partner to join and help grow litigation, intellectual property, and corporate work from the Las Vegas office. The role prioritizes partners with established practices in complex litigation (including mass torts, product liability and personal injury), patent/IP litigation, and corporate governance/ERISA-related matters.

The team offers flexibility on billing arrangements and collaboration opportunities across multiple U.S. offices. The firm is looking for a rainmaker who can develop new business, mentor junior lawyers, and integrate into a busy cross‑practice platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in litigation and/or IP litigation with significant client relationships
• Experience handling mass tort/product liability and complex corporate matters
• Strong business development skills and ability to collaborate across offices
