Partner — Litigation & International Arbitration, Sioux Falls

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a litigation and international arbitration practice from the firm's Sioux Falls office. The role will handle complex, cross-border disputes and represent clients in both domestic courts and international arbitration forums.

The successful candidate will combine significant arbitration and trial experience with a proven ability to manage matters, mentor junior lawyers, and develop client relationships. This is a high-visibility role with opportunities to shape regional litigation strategy and expand cross-border workstreams.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Substantial experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration
• Proven client development and rainmaking capabilities
• Track record of leading teams and managing complex, multi-jurisdictional matters
• Bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction and ability to practice in the U.S.
