Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Las Vegas litigation team. The role will focus on commercial litigation with a meaningful securities and white‑collar component, handling matters for private clients and institutional parties.

The ideal candidate will lead and develop a litigation practice, supervise litigation teams, and work with business‑minded partners across practices. The group is open to flexible fee arrangements and will consider candidates with a portable practice.

Admission to practice in Nevada (or willingness to transfer/qualify)
Proven track record in commercial litigation with securities and/or white‑collar experience
Demonstrated experience supervising teams and managing complex matters
Business development capability; portable practice preferred
