Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its Paris finance team focusing on project finance matters across France and francophone Europe. The role involves leading high-value transactions, advising sponsors, lenders and project companies, and coordinating cross-border deal teams.

The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, building and managing relationships, supervising associates and working closely with colleagues across the firm's finance and energy practices. This is an opportunity to join an established practice with international reach based in Paris.

Proven partner-level experience in project finance and related transactional work.
Strong technical background in finance & banking law and experience leading complex, cross-border transactions.
Excellent client relationship and team management skills; track record of originating or developing business preferred.
Fluency in French and English advantageous for Paris-based role.
