Leading international firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Paris project finance team. The role focuses on cross-border project and infrastructure financings, with strong exposure to energy transactions and clients operating across francophone Africa and Europe.

The successful candidate will lead mandates, originate new business and mentor junior lawyers within an established, international practice. This is a visible role with significant client-facing responsibility and opportunities to drive growth for the practice in France and regional markets.

Established partner with a proven track record in project/infrastructure finance.
Demonstrable experience on energy and project financings, including cross-border transactions.
Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Fluent in French and English; strong leadership and mentoring skills.
