Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Richmond office to lead and grow the Real Estate and Construction litigation practice. The role combines commercial real estate disputes, construction litigation and related transactional/resolution work for regional and national clients.

The successful candidate will take primary responsibility for client management, case strategy, and team leadership while developing new business across the practice. This is an opportunity to join an established litigation platform with support resources for case staffing and business development.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Substantial experience handling construction-related litigation and commercial real estate disputes
Track record of originating and closing matters; demonstrable business development capability
Strong trial and motion practice skills; experience supervising associates and managing client relationships
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to seek admission
