The practice offers a platform to grow a portable client base and lead matters across development, financing, leasing and construction disputes/contracting. The team values senior lawyers who can manage client relationships, mentor junior attorneys and collaborate across practice groups.

Established partner with significant experience in real estate and construction law
Proven track record of client origination and relationship management; portable practice welcomed
Experience handling development, leasing, finance-related real estate matters and construction contracts/dispute resolution
Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise associates and work cross-functionally
Admission to practice in New York (or eligibility)
