Leading global law firm is seeking a partner to join its New York real estate and construction team. The role will focus on leasing, large-scale industrial/logistics and resort development matters, with regular work touching healthcare, renewable energy and finance-related real estate transactions.

This is a client-facing leadership role: you will advise institutional and corporate clients on complex development, financing and construction projects, collaborate with cross-practice teams, and help grow the practice in the region.

Established partner with a strong transactional real estate and construction practice
Experience with leasing, industrial/logistics, resort development and healthcare real estate matters; exposure to renewable energy and real estate finance advantageous
Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead deal teams; business development capability preferred
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in New York
