High-profile national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Real Estate & Construction practice in New York. The role focuses on counseling developers, owners, lenders and contractors on transactional and project-related matters across commercial real estate and construction.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, manage deal teams and work closely with colleagues across practice groups. There is opportunity to build and expand a client base within a well-resourced platform.

Established partner with significant, relevant experience in real estate and construction matters.
Track record of leading transactions and supervising teams on complex deals and projects.
Strong client relationship and business development skills; a portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate work is highly desirable.
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
