Senior real estate partner opportunity in Phoenix to lead and grow a full-service real estate and construction practice. The role will advise on commercial real estate transactions, construction contracts and dispute avoidance, project development, and related commercial matters.

The team seeks a partner who will originate and deepen client relationships, work closely with litigation and transactional colleagues, and mentor associates. Candidates nationwide will be considered.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• Established track record in commercial real estate and construction matters
• Proven client origination and relationship management skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage complex transactions and projects
