Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Real Estate & Construction team in the Phoenix office. The role combines client-facing transactional and construction-related work across commercial real estate, project development and construction-related disputes.

Ideal candidates will help grow the practice through originating work and by advising sophisticated clients across development, leasing, financing and construction matters. The team handles matters for owners, developers, lenders and contractors across the region.

Portable client relationships are welcome; the firm is open to experienced partners who can contribute immediate business and who will collaborate with national industry groups.

Established partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction law (transactional and/or disputes).
Proven business development and client-management track record; portable client relationships welcomed.
Strong technical skills in drafting, negotiating and counseling on development, leasing, construction contracts, and related financing documents.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and ability to work collaboratively across a national platform.
