Top-tier national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Raleigh real estate and construction practice. The role will focus on leading and expanding transactional and counseling matters across commercial real estate, construction contracting and project delivery, and related risk-management work.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with national teams and local clients, handling complex deals, negotiating contracts, and advising on construction claims and lender/owner/developer issues. This is a high-visibility role with opportunities to build a regional platform.

Established partner with substantial experience in commercial real estate and construction matters.
Proven track record in transactional work and construction contracting; experience with claims and dispute avoidance a plus.
Ability to originate and grow business; portable client relationships welcomed.
Strong communication skills and experience working with national and local teams.
