Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Raleigh real estate and construction practice. The role will handle complex transactional work across leasing, development, construction contracting and related finance matters, with regular matters in healthcare, renewable energy, industrial/logistics and resort development.

This is a partner-level position with client-facing responsibilities, matter leadership and team development. A portable practice is welcome but there is no requirement to bring a specific book of business.

Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction transactions
Experience advising on healthcare, renewable energy or industrial/logistics projects preferred
Strong transactional and deal-management skills; ability to lead teams and manage client relationships
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer
