Partner, Real Estate Litigation — Silicon Valley

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a real estate and construction litigation practice from the firm's Silicon Valley office. The role focuses on commercial real estate disputes, construction defect and delay claims, and related contract and warranty matters for sophisticated corporate and developer clients.

The successful candidate will join an established litigation platform with national and regional clients and will have responsibility for originating work, managing teams on complex matters, and advising across related transactional and regulatory issues.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction litigation
• Track record of client origination and relationship management
• Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s); Silicon Valley / California admission preferred
