Established national law firm is seeking a senior lateral partner to lead and grow its restructuring and corporate restructuring practice in Salt Lake City. The role combines high‑level Chapter 11/insolvency work with corporate advisory matters arising from distressed situations.

The successful candidate will advise on complex restructurings, lead deal teams, and work closely with other offices across the firm. The firm is looking for an experienced market-facing partner who can develop local client relationships and collaborate on cross‑border or national matters where needed.

Admitted to practice in the relevant state and in good standing
Proven partner‑level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and related corporate work
Track record of leading transactional and insolvency matters and managing teams
Business development ability; a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are welcomed
Strong written and oral advocacy / negotiation skills and ability to work across offices
