Leading law firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow its restructuring and turnaround practice from the London office. The role will advise on cross-border and domestic insolvency, restructurings and creditor/debtor work across corporate and finance matters.

The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role: leading mandate teams, originating and developing instructions, and working closely with finance, litigation and regulatory colleagues on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.

A portable practice and proven ability to generate business are desirable; the role offers a high-profile platform to expand a market-facing restructuring practice in London.

Partner-level experience in restructuring/insolvency and related finance work.
Proven track record of leading teams on complex, cross-border matters.
Demonstrable client origination and business development ability; ability to build a portable practice is desirable.
Strong commercial judgment, excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Admission or right to practise in England & Wales (or ability to obtain), and eligibility to work in the UK.
