Senior partner opportunity in a leading international firm 27s London structured finance and derivatives team. The role will lead high-value financing and derivatives matters across markets, advising banks, sponsors and corporate clients on complex transactions and documentation.

The hire will take a visible client-facing role, grow and mentor a team, and help develop the practice commercially. The team combines deep technical capability with market-facing transaction work across structured products and derivatives.

The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice; the required book of business may be flexible for the right candidate.

Established partner with a proven track record in structured finance and derivatives transactions.
Strong client relationships and a demonstrable portable practice or ability to originate work.
Experience leading and developing teams on complex, cross-border financings and derivatives documentation.
Qualified in the UK (or eligible to practise) with excellent technical drafting and negotiation skills.
