Senior structured-finance partner opportunity with a global law firm seeking an experienced deal-leader to join its Chicago finance team. The role focuses on structured finance, securitization and related financing transactions across a range of borrowers, sponsors and capital structures.

Work will include leading complex securitization and structured-finance matters, supervising junior lawyers, and developing business in the US market. The team advises on both structured and leveraged financing products and works with domestic and cross-border counterparties.

Established partner-level experience in structured finance and securitization transactions.
Proven track record of leading complex financings and managing deal teams.
Strong relationships with capital markets participants and a demonstrated ability to develop business; portable client relationships preferred.
Bar admission in a relevant US jurisdiction and significant transactional experience.
