Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas finance team with a focus on structured finance and securitization. The role will involve leading transactions, structuring deals, and advising on leveraged and structured financings for a mix of borrower and arranger clients.

The ideal hire will have an established, portable practice and proven ability to originate and develop business. This is a front‑facing role that requires senior technical experience and experience supervising deal teams.

Proven partner-level experience in structured finance and securitization, including leveraged/structured financings
Track record of originating or leading transactions and managing client relationships
Portable practice/ability to bring business or demonstrate strong origination capabilities
Bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
