Senior tax-litigation partner role based in Carlsbad for an established national law firm. The position will lead and grow a cross-disciplinary practice handling tax controversies and related civil litigation at state and federal levels.

The successful candidate will take a market-facing leadership role, developing significant client relationships, supervising lawyers, and driving business development across the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of leading tax controversy and litigation matters
• Experience managing and mentoring associates and staff
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
