Partner — Tax & Litigation, Des Moines

Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established practice group in Des Moines, focused on tax controversy and related litigation. The role will handle federal and state tax disputes, litigation strategy, and client counselling across transactional and contentious matters.

The ideal candidate will help grow and lead the local tax-litigation capability, working with a team of litigators and tax specialists. This is a visible role with opportunities to develop client relationships and expand a portable practice in the region.

• Established partner with substantial tax controversy and litigation experience.
• Proven track record in federal/state tax disputes, trial and appellate work, or significant tax litigation matters.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and cultivate client relationships; portable book of business welcome.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills; collaborative approach working across litigation and tax teams.
