The role combines client advisory on complex IP and technology matters with strategic business development and team leadership.
The successful candidate will handle commercial technology transactions, IP prosecution and enforcement, and cross-border matters with other practice groups. This is a visible role with responsibility for originating work, mentoring fee-earners, and expanding client relationships across the region.
- Portable book of business of ‚¬400$“500k
- Proven partner-level experience in technology and IP matters, with track record of client origination
- Admitted to practise in Germany or equivalent qualification; fluent German and strong English
- Experience leading teams and managing cross-border instructions
