The role focuses on advising companies across technology, digital media, content, and related commercial matters, with a mix of transactional work and strategic counseling.

The successful candidate will be a visible rainmaker and client relationship leader who can manage complex engagements, develop business, and mentor junior lawyers. You will work closely with cross-practice teams on client-facing matters and help shape the office’s market position in the entertainment and tech sectors.

Proven business development ability and a portable practice or demonstrated client origination experience.
Experience managing teams and leading client matters from intake through completion.
