Senior partner role within a top-tier technology, media and entertainment practice based in Tokyo. The role focuses on leading high-value technology and media transactions, advising on commercial and regulatory matters, and developing strategic client relationships across the region.

You will lead and grow a portable practice, work closely with cross-border teams, and drive business development initiatives across technology, telecommunications and media sectors. The team values collaborative, client-facing partners who can originate and execute complex commercial deals.

Proven partner-level experience advising on technology, media, telecommunications or related commercial transactions.
Track record of originating and maintaining client relationships; portable practice welcomed.
Strong transactional, commercial and/or regulatory experience relevant to the TMT sector.
Ability to work collaboratively with international teams and lead cross-border matters.
Excellent business development and client-management skills.
