Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Technology, Media & Entertainment practice in the New York office. The role focuses on advising technology and media clients on commercial transactions, licensing, and strategic counseling.

The partner will lead client relationships, drive business development, and collaborate across practice groups on cross‑disciplinary matters. This is a senior role with significant client-facing and practice-building responsibilities.

Portable business is welcome; the firm is looking for a commercially minded partner who can both manage a book of business and mentor junior lawyers.

Partner-level experience advising technology and media clients (transactional, licensing, or commercial counseling)
Proven track record of originating or developing client relationships and business development
Team leadership and mentoring experience with junior lawyers
Admitted to practice in New York (or eligible) and JD from an accredited law school
