Leading US law firm is looking for a partner to join its Los Angeles technology and media practice. The role focuses on technology transactions and commercial matters for clients across media, entertainment and telecommunications sectors.

The position requires an experienced, business-focused partner who can advise on complex deals, negotiate vendor and licensing arrangements, and help grow the practice in the region. The team handles cross-border and domestic matters for technology-driven companies and media businesses.

Open to candidates with a portable practice and a track record of originating or expanding client relationships in the tech/media space.

Partner-level experience in technology transactions, media or telecommunications matters
Proven client development and relationship-management capabilities; portable practice preferred
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on commercial, licensing and vendor agreements
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and prior experience working on regional or cross-border transactions
