Fast-growing patent practice is seeking a technically strong patent agent/advisor to support counseling, prosecution, and litigation matters across software and AI domains. The role involves drafting patent applications and responses, conducting prior art searches and freedom-to-operate analyses, and supporting attorneys on technical issues for depositions and proceedings.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field and substantive industry experience in software and AI/ML. Degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, or related technical field
Eligible to sit for the USPTO registration exam and meet USPTO requirements to register as a patent agent
Experience in patent prosecution, counseling, or litigation; ability to draft patent applications and office action responses
Strong knowledge of software, AI and machine learning; prior industry experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; strong analytical ability and teamwork orientation
