Our client, a premier global law firm, seeks a mid-to-senior level Patent Litigation Associate for its New York office. This is a full-time opportunity within the firm's Intellectual Property and Technology practice, offering a competitive compensation and benefits package. Qualified applicants should possess 5–8 years of patent litigation experience, ideally with a background in computer science or electrical engineering. Experience across all phases of litigation—including pleadings, discovery, brief writing, depositions, and court appearances—is required. Excellent academic credentials, strong legal research and writing skills, and self-motivation are essential. Prior experience at a peer law firm is preferred, and admission to the New York Bar is required.
