An opportunity has arisen for an experienced pensions solicitor to join a market-leading specialist pensions practice in London. The team advises trustees and employers on a broad range of matters across defined benefit and defined contribution schemes, offering varied, high-quality advisory work.

The practice is among the largest and most highly regarded specialist pensions teams in the UK, with top-tier directory rankings. It covers all aspects of DB and DC schemes, including derisking solutions such as buy-ins and buy-outs, longevity products and other structures, as well as DB and DC master trusts, whole-of-life and collective DC models, sponsor swaps and other innovative arrangements. The team handles pensions litigation in-house alongside advisory work, enabling a balanced perspective on potentially contentious issues.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues in a supportive, collaborative and high-performing environment, with ongoing training and genuine scope to deepen your technical expertise and develop your practice.

7+ years' PQE
Excellent relevant experience from a recognised pensions team
Strong academic background
Genuine interest in and enthusiasm for the pensions market
Excellent communication skills and high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Ambition and commitment to client relationship management and business development
Well organised with effective prioritisation skills
