The role is open to candidates for the firm's UK offices and offers the chance to run significant matters with limited partner supervision, lead negotiations, supervise junior fee-earners and provide pragmatic, commercially-focused advice across complex projects and funding/development arrangements.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 6 years' PQE.
Solid experience advising on major forms of construction contract (JCT, NEC, MF/1, FIDIC).
Experience on development, funding and lease-related agreements and on major projects/regeneration schemes.
Proven ability to run matters with limited supervision, strong drafting, negotiating and commercial advisory skills.
Experience supervising junior fee earners, excellent client-handling, time management and communication skills.
