Private Equity Attorney — Corporate

Seeking a 3rd–6th year corporate attorney with focused private equity and M&A experience to join a dynamic transactional team. The role involves supporting sponsor-side private equity deals and acting as an extension of client business teams on fund and portfolio company matters.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP documents, and related transaction documentation. The team values strong drafting and analytical skills, commercial judgment, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a collaborative environment.

• 3–6 years of post-qualification private equity and M&A experience
• Demonstrable experience drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and ancillary transaction documents
• Excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills; strong attention to detail
• Effective project management, interpersonal and verbal communication skills; proven ability to work closely with client teams
• Prior large-firm experience and strong academic credentials
