Private Equity Attorney (3rd–6th Year)

Role: We are seeking a 3rd–6th year attorney to join our corporate practice, focusing on private equity and M&A transactions.

• Draft and negotiate purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and other ancillary transaction documents.
• Support private equity fund and portfolio company clients on day-to-day transactional needs.
• Play a lead role as an extension of client business teams in a team-oriented, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Excellent drafting, writing, analytical, and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational/interpersonal abilities.
• Good business and strategic judgment.
• Excellent academic credentials and prior large-firm experience working with private equity sponsors.

• 3–6 years of private equity and M&A experience.

• Proven experience drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and other ancillary transaction documents.
• Ability to meet day-to-day requirements of private equity fund and portfolio company clients.

• Excellent academic credentials.
