Join a fast-growing national property litigation team operating across multiple UK offices. The team has more than doubled in size in recent years and continues to expand, offering a dynamic and supportive environment.

You will manage your own caseload of mixed property litigation work, with a current focus on defendant housing disrepair matters. The work is varied and may also include commercial cases (e.g. estate management, possession actions, business lease renewals, injunctions) and residential cases (e.g. possessions, rent recovery, disrepair) for housing associations and other residential landlords.

In addition to case handling, you will assist colleagues with their caseloads, support the development of more junior team members, and contribute to business development and profile-raising initiatives.

Knowledge of property litigation work
Experience with defendant housing disrepair matters
1–3 years’ PQE
Flexible, motivated, and highly driven
Excellent IT, typing, communication, time management, and organisation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work to strict deadlines
Ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative
