An established national real estate team is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Las Vegas office. The role involves handling commercial real estate transactions across acquisitions and dispositions, finance, joint ventures and development, working with a range of corporate and institutional clients.

Minimum 3 years' commercial real estate transactional experience (acquisitions/dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, development)
Large-firm experience preferred
Strong drafting, research and negotiation skills; ability to manage significant project responsibility
Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational and time-management skills; able to work independently and in teams
Admission to the Nevada bar and willingness to engage in professional and community organizations
