Growing real estate practice in New York is seeking an associate with 2–5 years of experience at a comparable law firm to support a broad range of commercial real estate matters. The role focuses on leasing and transaction work for sophisticated clients, with significant exposure to data center matters.

Typical responsibilities include drafting, negotiating and closing leases and colocation agreements, conducting diligence and title review, and documenting real-estate secured loans, acquisitions and dispositions. The team values strong drafting, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.

2–5 years’ post-qualification experience at a comparable law firm
Experience with commercial leasing and data center transactions (leasing, colocation agreements, diligence)
Experience reviewing title and documenting/negotiating real estate secured loans, acquisitions and dispositions
JD or equivalent from an accredited law school and strong academic record
Superior writing skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple matters
