Top-tier New York law office is seeking an associate to join a busy Real Estate group handling a broad range of transactional work. The role involves acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, lending, joint ventures, development, construction, land use/entitlements and related tax-credit matters.

Successful candidates will work on deal teams for sophisticated real estate transactions, collaborating with partners and cross-practice groups. This is a practice-focused role with regular client interaction and substantive drafting and negotiation responsibilities.

At least 3 years' experience in real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, lending, joint ventures, development, construction, land use, and/or LIHTC).
Admission to practice in New York, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
Strong transactional drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills; ability to work on fast-paced, high-value matters and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
