Our New York office is seeking a Real Estate Associate with at least 3 years of experience to join our Real Estate Group. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of complex transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, lending, joint ventures, leasing, construction, development, land use, entitlements, and low-income housing tax credit matters.

Handle a variety of real estate transactions across multiple asset classes and deal structures.
Collaborate with partners and clients on sophisticated matters in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Provide strategic legal advice and support on all phases of real estate deals.
Qualifications: Admission to practice law in New York (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly).
Target salary range: $260,000 - $390,000, plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

3+ years of experience in real estate transactions
