We are seeking a real estate associate with at least three years of experience to join a dynamic Real Estate group in New York. The role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial real estate transactions across multiple asset classes.

The practice covers acquisitions and dispositions, real estate lending, joint ventures, leasing, construction and development, land use and entitlements, as well as low-income housing tax credit transactions. The successful candidate will work on sophisticated matters in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Compensation varies by location and is based on numerous factors, including the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate. The target salary range for this role is provided, and the comprehensive package also includes bonus eligibility and a benefits program.

At least 3 years of experience in real estate transactions
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, lending, joint ventures, leasing, construction, development, land use, entitlements, and/or low-income housing tax credit transactions
Admitted to practice law in New York, or eligible to obtain admission promptly
Strong drafting and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
