We are seeking a real estate associate to join a busy New York real estate group handling a broad range of commercial real estate matters. The role offers exposure to acquisitions and dispositions, financing and lending, joint ventures, leasing, development and construction, land use and entitlement work, and affordable housing matters.

The successful candidate will work on complex transactional matters for institutional and corporate clients, drafting and negotiating documents, conducting due diligence, and coordinating closings alongside senior lawyers. This is a practice-focused, hands-on role in a large, active team.

Minimum of 3 years of transactional real estate experience (acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, leasing, construction, development, land use, entitlements, and/or LIHTC)
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on real-estate documents and transactional experience
Admitted to practice in New York, or able to obtain admission promptly
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree and demonstrated interest in commercial real estate practice
