The Real Estate practice group is seeking associates to join its Reston office. The role involves a broad range of real estate transactions for sophisticated clients, with a particular emphasis on data center work — leasing, colocation agreements, acquisitions and dispositions, and diligence.

Associates will review title, document, negotiate and close real estate secured loans, leases, acquisitions and dispositions, and will manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced practice.

2–5 years of real estate experience at a comparable law firm
Experience with data center deals (leasing, colocation agreements, acquisitions, dispositions, diligence) preferred
Experience reviewing title and documenting, negotiating and closing real estate secured loans, leases and acquisitions/dispositions
JD or equivalent from a nationally recognized law school with demonstrated high academic achievement
Superior writing skills and high attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
