An established national law firm is seeking a Real Estate associate to join its Reston office. The role is focused on transactional real estate work for sophisticated corporate clients, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and real estate-secured financings.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of experience at a comparable law firm and hands-on exposure to data center transactions (leasing and colocation agreements), title review, diligence, and negotiating and documenting leases, acquisitions/dispositions and secured real estate loans. Candidates must hold a JD (or equivalent) and demonstrate strong academic credentials.

2–5 years post-qualification experience at a law firm in real estate transactions
Experience with leasing, title review, diligence and real estate-secured financings; data center/colocation transaction experience preferred
JD (or equivalent) from an accredited law school and strong academic record
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters concurrently
