Our Real Estate practice group is seeking associates with 2–5 years of experience to join our Reston office. The ideal candidate will have worked on a broad range of real estate transactions for sophisticated clients, particularly involving data center deals (including leasing, colocation agreements, acquisitions, dispositions, and diligence). Additional experience with reviewing title, documenting, negotiating, and closing real estate secured loans, leases, acquisitions, and dispositions is highly valued.

Candidates must hold a JD or equivalent, demonstrate high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school, and possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Superior writing skills and exceptional attention to detail are essential.

2–5 years of real estate experience at a comparable law firm
Experience with data center deals (leasing, colocation, acquisitions, dispositions, diligence)

JD or equivalent from a nationally recognized law school
