Growing real estate team in the Reston office seeks an associate with 2–5 years' experience handling a broad range of commercial real estate transactions for sophisticated clients. The role involves working across leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and financings on fast-paced matters.

Ideal candidates will have direct experience with data center matters (leasing, colocation agreements, acquisitions/dispositions, diligence), reviewing title, and documenting, negotiating and closing real estate-secured loans, leases and purchase transactions.

JD or equivalent and 2–5 years' post-qualification experience at a comparable law firm
Experience with commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and real estate-secured financings
Specific experience on data center matters (leasing, colocation agreements, diligence) strongly preferred
Demonstrated strong writing, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters concurrently
