Our Real Estate practice in Luxembourg is involved in some of the most prominent real estate transactions in the jurisdiction, with strong expertise in both domestic and cross-border matters. The team supports institutional clients and project developers on complex lease arrangements, forward sale agreements, value-add development projects, and large-scale refurbishment programmes.

We are seeking a mid-level lawyer (3–4 years PQE) to join the team, working on a diverse range of local and cross-border real estate and M&A matters in a highly collaborative environment.

  • Law degree, preferably with distinction; an LL.M. from a US or English university is an asset.
  • At least 3–4 years of experience in Luxembourg real estate law, with exposure to technical matters such as urban planning, real estate transactions, and property development; real estate litigation experience is a plus.
  • Attended or eligible to attend the CCDL or equivalent in another EU jurisdiction.
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); German is an asset.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-service environment.
  • Proactive, self-starting, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
