Leading national law firm is seeking a Real Estate (Equity) attorney to join its New York office. The role is focused on substantive commercial real estate equity work, including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and financings.

The team advises sophisticated institutional and private clients on complex transactions; the successful candidate will join a high-performing group and work on market-leading matters alongside experienced real estate practitioners.

3-7 years post-qualification experience in commercial real estate equity transactions
Demonstrable experience with joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and real estate financings
Experience at a top-tier or national law firm preferred
J.D. and admission to the New York bar (or pending admission)
