An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a motivated and commercially aware NQ-2 PQE Associate to join a market-leading Real Estate Litigation team at a highly regarded national practice. You will work closely with experienced lawyers on a broad range of property disputes, supporting high-profile clients across sectors such as retail, leisure, development and the public sector.

From day one you will gain exposure to complex, high-value matters while developing your technical expertise and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include assisting on landlord and tenant disputes, preparing case documentation, conducting legal research, liaising with clients and counsel, and managing elements of your own caseload with appropriate supervision. You will also contribute to team initiatives, business development and knowledge sharing.

NQ-2 PQE with a strong academic background
