Established global law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level associate for its New York real estate practice. The role focuses on commercial real estate transactions across leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and joint venture work.

Ideal candidates will have solid large-firm transactional experience and will handle purchase & sale, leasing, JV documentation and related matters for institutional and corporate clients. Experience with data center development or data center leasing is a plus but not required.

The role is open to candidates with 3–7 years of post-qualification experience. Posted annual base salary range: $260,000 to $420,000 (final determination based on year classification, skills and experience).

3–7 years' commercial real estate transactional experience (classes 2019–2023)
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, purchase & sale, leasing and/or joint ventures
Large law firm background preferred
Data center development or data center leasing experience a plus
Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills
